We are now VO1PCW. You can check back here for more information as it come up about the Community Ham Shack

If you are interested in becoming a radio amateur, please come to one of our weekly meetings on Tuesday evenings and learn first hand about the hobby. Eventually we hope to have the equipment to teach how to be a ham hands on, to supplement any theory that new amateurs are learning either through online material such as Ham Study, text books, or SONRA's basic or advanced qualification classes.

If you have any old equipment kicking around that may (or may not) have any usefulness with regards to amateur radio, we would love to take it off your hands! This includes, but is not limited to *inhales* transmitters, receivers, trancievers, repeaters, repeaters, MF, HF, VHF, UHF, microphones, headphones, megaphones, saxophones, iPhones, cables, wires, antennas, antennae?, copper pipe, PVC pipe, a corn cob pipe, ground rods, capacitors, diodes, inductors, resistors, chokes, filters, electronics kits, ammeters, voltmeters, multimeters, SWR meters, millimetres, kilometres, speakers, SDRs, computers, monitors, oscilloscopes, antenna analyzers. All donations to the ProtoShed Community Workshop will get used to their full potential. For more information about donating to ProtoShed, visit the Donation Wishlist.
