ProtoShed Community Workshop gathers people interested in computers, technology, remote controlled devices, robotics, digital fabrication and prototyping in a shared workspace. We are a non-profit organization open to the general public. We aim to share skills, tools, knowledge and resources to enabling people to turn their ideas into reality.
Come join us on Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at the MUN Engineering building in room EN-1021.
Agendas for annual meetings are here.
Out next Annual General Meeting will be on March 21st, 2017 at 6:30pm in MUN Engineering Room EN-1021 (this is the same room we usually meet in).
Amateur Radio at ProtoShed
Main Article: VO1PCW: ProtoShed's Ham Shack
We are starting a community ham shack! Now we just need some materials and equipment. For more information about this, you can click here. We'll accept all donations!
We need tools and equipment to share, so we are asking people to donate any amateur radio stuff, electronics parts, soldering irons, solder, flux, multimeters, and tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, saws, drills, drill bits, small vices, etc.) that may be kicking around and not needed any more.
If you have anything that you wish to donate to the ProtoShed Community Workshop, please contact us.
Any equipment that is donated will be used to it's full potential by the members of the ProtoShed Community Workshop.
